Spent an hour on my treadmill tonight. I really feel great about actually doing something and while I realize that this is the absolute worst time of year to begin this endeavor, I am going to "tread" on anyway. When I go to the YMCA and use the treadmill there, I have a general work-out that I have written on a 3x5 card. The treadmills at the Y are obviously more high-tech and heavy duty than mine, so I modified it a bit to work with my home treadmill. Consequently, I should mention that unless you are seriously desperate for exercise equipment, you should never ever buy it retail. I found my treadmill on a local online classified site. Anyway - here is my modified work-out. My treadmill does not have an incline option, so I relied on adjusting the speed.
